The part every other agency skips
A website is never done. Care plans are how yours stays fast, secure, current, and climbing — with a real human who answers, long after launch.
Here's the frustration this entire business was built on: agencies that deliver a website and vanish. The site slowly goes stale, rankings slide, something breaks, and the person who built it stopped answering months ago. Care plans exist so that never happens to you — and so your site keeps getting better after launch, not just staying alive.
Three levels, all with a human attached
- Essential — hosting & health. Fast hosting, SSL, security, uptime monitoring, backups, and your analytics kept alive. Your site stays online, fast, and safe. Included conversation with every build.
- Growth — edits & attention. Everything above plus monthly content updates (hours, prices, photos, a new post), light SEO monitoring, and a quarterly check-in. The "we actually stay" plan.
- SEO/GEO retainer — keep climbing. The full growth engine: new service and city pages, content that captures seasonal demand, review growth, Google Business Profile management, AI-visibility work, and a monthly plain-English report of exactly what moved.
Why this matters more than the build
The businesses that win online treat their website as a living asset. Competitors keep working, search keeps evolving, your business keeps changing — a frozen site quietly slides while a tended one compounds. The build gets you in the game; the ongoing attention is what wins it. That's not a sales line. It's the entire reason rankings are winnable in the first place: most of your competitors launched and forgot.
Common questions
Are care plans required?
Every build includes at least the Essential plan — a site we built carries our name, and we won't launch something that's going to rot. Beyond that, the level is your choice, and you can move between levels as your ambitions change.
What do the plans cost?
Essential runs $59–$89/month. Growth is $149–$249/month depending on edit volume. SEO/GEO retainers run $400–$900/month based on how aggressively you want to grow. Annual prepay earns roughly two months free.
What does the monthly report actually show?
In plain English: what we did, where you rank versus last month, what traffic and leads the site produced, and what we're doing next. If a report needs a translator, it's hiding something — ours doesn't.
Already have a site that’s been abandoned?
We take over orphaned websites all the time. The audit shows what shape yours is in and what it would take to get it climbing.
